Serves 4 as an appetizer

Ingredients

1 lb fresh halibut, cubed 1/4"
1 cup fresh squeezed lime juice, strained
1 each jalapeño pepper, seeded and minced
2 tsp fresh cilantro, chopped
1/2 red onion, thinly sliced and rinsed
1 each avocado, diced 1/4"
1 each green mango, diced 1/4"
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

  • Combine halibut, lime juice, red onion and jalapeño pepper. Let marinade for two hours.

  • Add remaining ingredients.

  • Serve with corn tostadas or plantain chips or just by itself.
