Jason Wilson's Sorbet
The night before the big StarChefs gala, Jason Wilson will be
working his sorbet magic in a blender. According to Jason, "this is
a pretty cool recipe--it freezes in three minutes."

1 ½ PINTS
GRAPEFRUIT JUICE
¼ PINT CHAMPAGNE,
Nicolas Feuillate
¼ cup sugar
5 sprigs fresh
tarragon
1 pint sifted and
pounded fine dry ice
BLEND.
