Crater Lake Spirits' Staff favorite cocktails

Created by the Crater Lake Spirits tasting room staff!

Gin Mojito

2 oz. Crater Lake Gin

1/2 oz. lime juice (squeezed fresh)

1 tsp. sugar or bar syrup

3 mint leaves

Club soda or seltzer

Collins glass

Vesper

3 oz Crater Lake Gin

1 oz Crater Lake Vodka or Crater Lake Reserve Vodka

½ oz Lillet blanc aperitif

Garnish with lemon peel

Juniper Julep

1 oz Crater Lake Gin

1 oz lime juice

1 oz lemon juice

Simple syrup, splash of orange syrup

Shake and strain over ice

Garnish with a lime wedge

Café de Schutes

2 oz Crater Lake Hazelnut Espresso Vodka

2 oz Old Mill Rum (or other dark rum)

4 oz hot coffee

Combine all ingredients in a coffee mug, nudge glass, or wine glass

Top with heavy cream or whipped cream

Black Gold

2 oz Crater Lake Hazelnut Espresso Vodka

1 oz Amaretto

1 oz Irish Cream

Splash Triple Sec

6 oz hot coffee

Combine all ingredients in a coffee mug or nudge glass

Top with whipped cream and a coffee bean

Russian Wolfhound

2 oz Crater Lake Hazelnut Espresso Vodka

2 oz Crater Lake Vodka

Stout beer

Coca-Cola

Combine vodka in a pint glass, nearly fill with beer and top with Coca-Cola

No ice or garnish

Oregon Bulldog

2 oz Crater Lake Hazelnut Espresso Vodka

2 oz Crater Lake Vodka

1 oz Coca-Cola

Splash of Half & Half

Combine all ingredients over ice in a rocks glass
