Happy March!

Besides the fun of St. Patrick's Day, we look forward to Easter which is April 1 this year (could it be an April Fool's joke that Easter is on April Fool's Day? We just don't know.). We're also starting to see hints of spring, which are always welcome. Start planning on making some fun or joining in on some!

B & E Meats and Seafood

B & E's famous corned beef - a recipe nearly 60 years old (read here )- will have you salivating! "After cooking your corned beef all day, your home will smell so good. Don't eat it quickly; take time to sit and enjoy it together with family and friends," says Jeff Green, Owner of B & E Meats and Seafood. This year they've made over 3,000 pounds of corned beef. Instead of piling up the spices on top the meat during curing, they take the time to infuse the special spices right into the meat. Get your order in for corned beef now!

B & E Meats and Seafood has four locations: Queen Anne, Des Moines, Burien, and Newcastle, with varying hours. Check out more about B & E Meats and Seafood here: . Watch their video on how to cook corned beef and cabbage. B & E was voted "Best Butcher" in Seattle.
