Besides the fun of St. Patrick's Day, we look forward to Easter which is April 1 this year (could it be an April Fool's joke that Easter is on April Fool's Day? We just don't know.). We're also starting to see hints of spring, which are always welcome. Start planning on making some fun or joining in on some!

Revolve True Food & Wine Bar

Proof that food that is good for you is delicious, Revolve's menu is always satisfying. And now they have more fun coming our way. St. Patrick's Day will have you savoring corned beef at dinner for just $20. Easter brunch will offer special menu items as well as the full menu. And Warr-King wines' Lisa Packer will pair her wines with a delicious five-course menu: pan-roasted salmon with nettles and wild mushrooms (Roussanne), herb-roasted squab with garlic fiddleheads (Rosé), duck breast with caramelized cherries (Cabernet Sauvignon), seared lamb chops (Descendant), chocolate soufflé. Collections Café

Nothing says Easter like a good brunch. You'll find that as well as drink specials and a full lunch menu (for those non-brunchy folks) at Swiftwater Cellars in Bellevue. While it's always a good time to eat and drink with friends and family at Petra, it feels especially right to leap into March.
