Seattle Wine and Food Experience

The 11th annual event is coming our way, this year with four days of food and fun. Rosario Resort & Spa

As if the stunning location, resort and spa aren't enough, you will find the freshest of local foods given amazing life by Chef Raymond Southern at The Mansion Restaurant. HeartBeet Organic Superfoods Café

HeartBeet's mission is to get everyone hooked on superfoods and provide access to nutritious food. Sound like a platitude? The good news is, it's true and you're going to love the food. HeartBeet is a casual spot on top of Queen Anne where you can pick up (or stay, but there are just eight seats) warm grain bowls; delicious salads with amazingly flavorful dressings; raw entrees; hot soups; raw desserts; juices, iced drinks, and superfood smoothies. Sur la table

Started in Seattle in 1972, the first store opened in a former speakeasy and barber shop (so Seattle), and moved into its present location at Pike Place Market in 1980. Over the years, the brand has spread to over 100 stores nationally, with a website and catalog, but it's heart, of course, is here. As always, Sur la table is on the cutting edge, carrying what serious (and not so serious) cooks need to create their masterpieces. Racha Thai

Owner Punya Tipyasothi has brought Thai street food, high-end dishes, the best, and most famous food from Thailand to share unique Thai flavors from the North, North Eastern, Southern, and Central regions of Thailand, including a few from outside the country. Their chef team is recruited from Thailand and led by chef Deang who was the executive chef at the Imperial Hotel in Bangkok and opened a series of their restaurants in France. Try Ba Mee Duck Soup, steamed duck, noodles, yu choy and shitake mushrooms; or Platu, ahi tuna in olive oil, topped with house sauce. Enjoy them soon.
