What makes a favorite?

Familiar beverage, amazing flavor, over-the-top service, hotel rooms that feel like home - so many things go into making your favorite list. What if you head into a new place and are unfamiliar with what they offer? How often have you asked, 'what do you like?' We've checked in with some folks in the know and here's what they say.
