Thurston Wolfe Winery

We think 'food!' during the holidays, yet one of the great joys is wine-savoring old favorites and finding exciting new ones. Thurston Wolfe, owned by Wade Wolfe and Becky Yeaman, focuses on high-quality rare wines. This year, the 7th vintage of their The Geologist blend (50% Cabernet Sauvignon, 35% Petit Verdot, 15% Malbec) is available. Inspired by volcanic and river-eroded geology of eastern Washington's viticulture regions and geoscientist Michael Yeaman, it has been aged 33 months in French oak. With a limited production of 100 cases, you need to get onto their website and secure your bottles!

Petra Mediterranean Bistro

Holidays: filled with tradition, family meals and events. Surely times to treasure, but, really, you don't want to relive them for months in a row. Collections Café

Delight in unique items from Dale Chihuly's personal collections at the Cafe at Chihuly Garden and Glass. During the holidays, you can wram up with special seasonal beverages, each with the option of being either a cocktail or mocktail. Consider Feliz Navidad with Mexican hot chocolate and tequila, or Caramel Apple Pie-Tini with apple cider, apple pie spice, vodka, and a caramel graham cracker rim. Relatives arriving for the holidays? Often there are multiple dietary needs in a group. Where do you go to dine out? Revolve, of course!
