Steve has been part of Cooking with Class since the very first year when he was pastry chef at the Hunt Club at the Sorrento Hotel. Although focused on pastry there, he has been trained in all culinary areas. After leaving the Hunt Club, Steve headed out on his own, primarily in catering. He now works as the chef at a local sorority.

Participants will work together with this chef to create: America's favorite--cheesecake! Savory to sweet, appetizer to dessert

Wine Notes: Steve's dish will be served with Long Shadows' Poet's Leap Riesling
