It's Seattle's first Capital Grille, although there are many across the US (primarily East Coast). Despite being a chain, they use local ingredients and "the freshest seafood Seattle has to offer." Dry aged steaks are their claim to fame. Atmosphere-wise, it's got a lot of dark wood and dim lighting, but is more of a jazzy, younger place than a rat pack place. There's a million niches in the world. Full bar, lots of wine choice.
