Fremont
Although it's a Jewish deli with a really good pastrami sandwich and other deli items like smoked fish, you'll find a lot more at Roxy's. Think Russian hot wings, calamari, hummus, turkey club sandwich and burgers. They also serve breakfast--omelettes and scrambles, deli scrambles (i.e., koshser salami and eggs; lox, eggs and onions), corned beef hash, biscuits and gravy and even a breakfast burrito. Kids have a pretty big menu to choose from that includes a bowl of grapes, creal with milk and a small fruit salad as well as small versions of breakfast items, hot dogs and chicken strips. Breakfast is served all day.

Outdoor deck dining (ODD) is primo here whether you're having lunch or watching the sun set behind the Olympics.

Twist

Seattle
Belltown
It has the look of a Belltown bar, but there's more beneath the surface. They have a serious chef putting the twist on classics (not just chili, but boar chili) and offering lots of small plates as well as entrees like chicken saltimbocca and stuffed King salmon and using local ingredients whenever possible. They also have a nice space for business meetings (with projector and screen) or private events. It's still a great place for a cocktail or glass of wine, but don't overlook the food!
